Shoulder Impingement Syndrome: This occurs when the tendons of the rotator cuff become irritated or inflamed as they pass through the narrow space between the top of the shoulder blade and the acromion (a bony projection of the shoulder blade). It can cause pain and weakness, especially with overhead activities.
Frozen Shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis): This condition involves stiffness and pain in the shoulder joint, often accompanied by a gradual loss of motion. It typically develops gradually over time and may be triggered by injury, surgery, or prolonged immobility.
